Invite Technologies Inc. (“INVITE”) is a multi-sided platform that facilitates matching advertisers/brands with content creators (“Parties.”) INVITE’s platform enables to users the ability to manage their roster in promoting an ongoing relationship between the parties for purposes of one or more social media campaigns. We, (“Management”, “We”, “Us”), are interested in working with INVITE in relation to social media campaigns.  We agree to allow INVITE to represent Us in an agreement to facilitate campaign arrangements approved by INVITE, and We recognize that INVITE will concurrently represent the Parties in the same agreement.  We agree not to make agreements with the Parties, after being connected by INVITE, whether directly or through other agents or platforms, without INVITE’s written consent.  We agree that our use of INVITE’s platform will be subject to terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions,”) including license and compensation terms, as they are established and revised by INVITE from time to time. We agree to use the INVITE platform as our exclusive means of written communication with the Parties in relation to any social media campaign in which We collaborate with the Parties involved.
